Hey...
Sorry Guys.
But using Nicepage is terrible at times. It just takes time and nerves.
Excuse my english, translator helps a bit.
This is very critical feedback for you.
Why create a new, different editor when Themler already offers more options and is a bit more mature, although there are still problems... especially now that there is no more development.
Nicepage is unfinished in many features and many problems
Examples:
I'm making changes, suddenly the display on the other side in the mobile view isn't correct, even though it's already designed... starting over again... this happens all the time.. you often have to make two or three changes!
It's best not to attack the system once it's finished.
So for subsequent changes there is always the danger that design errors will arise on another level.
And templates...why only in the desktop client?
This is cumbersome and time-consuming if you don't implement everything 100% in the desktop client (which is also not possible because unfortunately it doesn't install the CMS locally like Themler)
I edit the page in Desktop first, but most of the changes are done in the CMS Plugin after that...now...I was having trouble with the blog template. I need to... export all the work in the desktop... and copy again to the web server.
One of the biggest problem is also that many responsive properties are not possible. Only pixel specifications are still possible.
Except very rarely for the width, where only 100% is used and nothing else.
It must be possible to indicate percentages.
%, em, px, hv
Not just pixels, we're not in the 90's...
Themler was already able to do all this.
Even if it was of course programmed completely differently, which is why you don't take this into account from the start for optimal web design.
This is not "Web 3.0" as you advertise it.
Why are you taking a step back instead of forward?
it would have been better if they had continued to concentrate their full resources on Themler and not released a new product that offered less scope. most of the integrations regarding customer licenses etc. could probably have been implemented for themler as well
Of course Themler is also difficult in some respects with small problems, but you have more freedom and opportunities here
