I have the order 186170 and my updates of the ultimate program will end at Dec. 2024. To I have to pay extra for Nicepage 6 or is the upgrade included till Dec. 24?

Your subscription includes all updates released till the end of 2024 for free. So sure, you can use the currently released version 6 with your subscription.
