Copy block on a wp site - idea solution

Just came to an idea how to solve very demanding need to copy block from one page to another on a site. The idea is to save a block in to my templates section that should be added to wp site plugin and from there this block is always available to add to another page. I think this should be possible to implement.
PS. idea is "borrowed" from Elementor ;)
