Hover Color. Yes. Unfortunately, it's a known issue, and we have counted your vote. Hopefully, it will be resolved in an update.

As I understand, you mean a hover color under roll over color, right? If yes, it is impossible to change the hover color of the hamburger menu. If you mean something else, please let us know about it.
